Complete the form, and click SUBMIT. Payment can be made securely online with American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or Apple Pay.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be received no later than a week before each session for a full refund less a $5 processing fee. There is no refund for cancellations received after this date or in the event you are unable to attend.
